![]() ![]() ![]() Still love killing thousands of men as a stress relief and making custom characters, but if they added more RoTK with the territory development, relationships meaning something, and the freedom to wander around and do more in the world into the Empires series, I'd think it would come out to be a far more beautiful game. ![]() ![]() Similar to Empires, but it was a lot more in depth and even if you were a scrub, you still felt more involved with the game and how battles played out rather than just powering up until you become a one-man army like in the DW games. Most of the games you play as a ruler and fight to unite China, pretty standard stuff, but in 8 and 10 you play as a single character which is why I liked them so much. Mainly 8 and 10 (just downloaded a PS2 emulator and 10 to play at work since I can't bring my PS2 for obvious reasons >.>) Where Tactics had it's focus on a grid based war simulation which all you would do is move around and complete maps and challenges, something that Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy Tactics both had (and still have) done very well with, RoTK had more focus on ALL aspects of the war. They had their moments, sure, but if anything I'd rather they bring back the RoTK series. Simulator of each object (tank, airplane, submarine, ship) Spies of the enemy are watching your army. The enemy units are returning for repairs themselves. The aircraft must land on the aerodrome for repair. Near the bases, all units are being repaired.Ĭapture the base before destroying enemy units and get repairs to your units. Dynamic campaign where your performance matters. Play against an AI with different difficulty levels. DRM turns off the game if there is no connection to the Internet or if the game files are changed.) (The game requires an Internet connection. ![]()
